Server time is the time that is on the server, and the local time is on your computer. If something is inconsistent, just calculate the time difference yourself (the timing script is experimental). Does not work with Internet Explorer.
Registration
This is a serious competition. We expect commitment and rigour. We expect you to read, understand and agree to the rules. Your team may be refused on grounds of not meeting the rules or if we believe it is unfit to compete.
If you are not generally known in the AC community, you must provide proof of your presence from previously.
